Lianne takes in-person private clients out of Wild Life Gym in Squamish.
Sessions bill at $95/hr + tax
Lianne is a registered Kinesiologist through BCAK. Check your third party insurance if it covers Kinesiology sessions.
GROUP TRAINING IN PERSON
Group training sessions are for those who find motivation and encouragement in a collective setting. Whether you're looking for a more cost-effective option or aiming to harness the dynamic energy of friends / mountain partners, in-person group training could be the best fit for you. You do not have to be the exact same fitness level as the others, as the exercises can be scalable. However, it is best if you have similar aspirations + goals so that the session can be best tailored to the group.
Sessions bill at:
2-on-1: $58 per person / hr + tax
3-on-1: $38 per person / hr + tax
4-on-1: $32 per person / hr + tax
